SHIPPING & RETURNS
It is of utmost importance to LATENT that you receive your artwork safely, securely, and efficiently. We take great care in selecting appropriate packaging materials and handlers to deliver your purchase. The size and medium of your work will determine the steps that we take in planning your shipment and delivery. The location of where you are receiving your goods may also affect your shipment options. Please note that LATENT only accepts orders placed to delivery locations based within the United Kingdom.
We have categorised our shipment plans as follows:
* The total timeframe includes preparation and shipment of the work, door-to-door from the point of order. Therefore, the total timeframe required to prepare and deliver your order, is longer than the shipment service offered.
† Exclusions apply: it is not possible to fulfil this shipment plan to Scotland or Northern Ireland. Instead, a bespoke shipping quote can be provided on request. Please kindly contact: email@example.com
LATENT only accepts orders placed to delivery locations based within the United Kingdom. Some exclusions apply depending on the shipment category that applies to your order (please see table above).

LATENT does not accept liability for any potential damage of works in transit.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase on receipt. However, if in the unlikely scenario you decide you no longer wish to purchase this item, you have 14 days in which to notify LATENT and request a refund. You will then have 14 days to ensure that the item is returned to LATENT in its original condition. Please pack your item(s) safely, using original packaging where possible and make sure that the item has a tracked delivery number. Damaged goods will not be accepted for a refund.
If you want to return an item, you must write to: email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of your order to inform LATENT and receive instructions on how to return your item to us.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund handling, packaging and/or shipping fees. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to LATENT of unwanted goods.
All orders will be carefully packed to avoid any damage during shipping to you. We have chosen appropriate shipping handlers dependent on each item, in order to ensure safe transit to you. LATENT does not accept liability for artworks damaged in transit. We encourage you to read our 'Caring for Your Artwork' post which covers advice on how to open your package and appropriately look after your item(s) once received.
LATENT does not accept exchange requests.
Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee that every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual colours and textures of the works.
