From the date of receipt of your item(s), you have 14 days in which to notify LATENT that you want to request a refund and return your item. You will then have 14 days to ensure that the item is returned to LATENT in its original condition. Please pack your item(s) safely, using original packaging where possible and make sure that the item has a tracked delivery number. Damaged goods will not be accepted for a refund.

This item is shipped in accordance to Category C of our Shipping Policy. 

Packaging

First, we will cover the work in glassine paper to protect the surface of the work. The work will be placed between two cardboard sheets to keep it safe and secure, this will also restrict movement of the work. These sheets will then be placed in bubble-wrap to protect from impact and keep the work water-tight. This will then be placed in a cardboard picture frame box.

Shipping

We will endeavour to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. Please allow 5-7 business days. A signature will be required on delivery.
